Edgardo Flores Sibaja

Edgardo Flores Sibaja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Syniverse since November 2020, Edgardo previously held the position of Operations Manager at MAPTEC from December 2018 to June 2023. Prior to that, Edgardo worked at Procter & Gamble as the LA Fabric & Home Care Material Supply Manager Operations Leader, overseeing supply chain management for chemical vendors in the Latin American region. Additional roles include Operations Manager Support Specialist at HP Software and Project Manager at Coopecaja R.L., along with earlier experience in technical support at Dell and Supra Telecom. Edgardo holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in International Strategic Leadership from Foro Europeo Escuela de Negocios de Navarra and an MBA in Operations Management from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
