Matheus João Accoroni Theodoro has a diverse work experience in various industries. Matheus João started their career in 2001 at Pearson Education in Brazil, where they served as the Computer Graphics and Hardware Projects Manager. Matheus João coordinated the software development team and led the production of 3D objects used in educational software. Matheus João also researched and developed mechanical and electronic products for education.

From 2011 to 2016, Matheus worked at NextLearning as a Product Development Manager. Matheus João was responsible for the control and development of various products, including tablets and a whiteboard with 4K resolution. Matheus João provided leadership to their department team and coordinated work with multinational companies.

In 2016, Matheus joined MOVPLAN Soluções Educacionais as an Educational Technology Consultant, a role they held until 2020. Matheus João played a crucial role in implementing educational technology solutions, providing consultation and support to clients.

In 2014, Matheus briefly served as a University Professor at Uniesp - União dos Cursos Superiores do Estado de São Paulo before transitioning to a similar role at Faculdade Reges de Ribeirão Preto, where they taught until 2018.

In 2017, Matheus joined DataH as a Researcher of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality Technologies Integrated with AI. Matheus João has been involved in studying and exploring the potential of these emerging technologies.

Matheus is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Synkar Autonomous, a position they have held since 2017.

Matheus João Accoroni Theodoro obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Graphics applied to Forensic Medicine from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Computer Science Degree at Faculdades COC from 2003 to 2006. Matheus also holds a diploma as an Electronic and Communication Technician from CEETPS - Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica, earned from 1998 to 1999.
