Alessandra Costa

Alessandra Costa is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate operations and customer success. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations and Chief of Staff Office at Synopsys Inc since June 2021, Alessandra provides strategic support to the Executive Leadership Team and oversees high-priority projects. Prior to this, Alessandra held the role of Senior Vice President for Worldwide Customer Success at AYSO Region 109 and contributed significant leadership at Cadence Design Systems, where responsibilities included Vice President of Field Engineering and Service, leading a large global team and managing substantial budgets. Earlier career roles included Product Engineering Director and various engineering positions at Cadence and Mentor Graphics. Alessandra holds a PhD in Microelectronics and a Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica from Università degli Studi di Genova.
