Cynthia Sierra

Cynthia Sierra is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Talent Management at Synopsys Inc since 2007, Cynthia leads the Talent and Leadership Development Team, focusing on global employee learning and performance strategies in collaboration with executives and HR colleagues. Previously, as HR Business Partner Director at Synopsys, Cynthia developed talent strategies and facilitated organizational change. Prior experience includes Sr. Manager of Human Resources at HP, managing a global procurement function, and Manager of Human Resources and Operations at NetSchools Corporation, a technology start-up. Cynthia holds a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish from Westmont College.
