Ed Nathanson

Ed Nathanson currently serves as Head of Global Talent Brand at Synopsys Inc, a position held since October 2023. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and branding, Ed has also contributed as Guest Faculty and Lecturer at SocialTalent since June 2021. Previously at EQRx, Ed was the VP of Talent and Talent Branding, building an award-winning global team from the company's launch to its public offering. Additional roles include being a member of the Advisory Board at TechScreen, Inc., founding Red Pill Talent, leading Global Talent Acquisition at Rapid7, and holding senior HR positions at Kronos, IBM, and NetCracker Technology. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in English from Ithaca College.
