Tomer Paz

Tomer Paz currently serves as Senior Director of R&D at Synopsys Inc, starting in February 2024, following the role of Director of R&D and Co-Founder at Concertio from 2019 until its acquisition. Prior to these positions, Tomer Paz worked at Verint from February 2013 to 2019 as Global System Architect, focusing on API guidelines, CI-CD processes, automation, and innovation initiatives under the CTO. Additional experience includes serving as CEO of Sugar Pixel from February 2011 to January 2013, and as Software Platform System Engineering Team Leader at Comverse for 12 years, overseeing system engineering and architecture of software components. Earlier career experience includes a role in the R&D and Networking group of the IDF Intelligence Corps as an internet/intranet sysadmin and developer. Tomer Paz holds a B.Sc. in Statistics, Operations Research, and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
