Joe Mundi is a Regional Business Unit Leader for Synoptek's Southwest region. He has over 20 years of enterprise-level experience in fulfilling critical corporate objectives, directing cross-functional project teams, and leading complex infrastructure projects from conception to successful deployment. Joe also has expertise in creating a shared Service Delivery Management vision, implementing technical process improvements, and aligning IT to drive business objectives.
