Roland Olsson

Roland Olsson is the current CEO of Synoptik & Smarteyes Sweden, overseeing 220 optical retail stores in Sweden as part of the EssilorLuxottica Group. Roland also serves as CEO of Synoptik Sweden, managing over 145 stores. Roland has extensive experience in retail management, including roles as Business Support Manager at Inter IKEA Systems S.A. and Marketing and Development Director at ONOFF. Additionally, Roland has held positions such as Retail Operations Director/COO, Regional Sales Manager, and Store Manager throughout their career. Roland holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from Heriot-Watt University.
