Jan Sipovsky

Jan Sipovsky has extensive work experience in various industries. Jan began their career as a PA for a private client in 2007 before transitioning to the hospitality sector, where they held roles as Assistant Executive Housekeeper at The Doyle Collection and Head Housekeeper at Guoman & Thistle hotels. In 2011, they became a Senior Operations Manager at Act clean Ltd. From 2013 to 2015, Jan served as the General Manager for Top Game Group, overseeing the operation of several land-based electronic casinos. Jan then moved into the gaming and entertainment industry, working as the Managing Director for Diamond Clubs for a brief period in 2015. Jan went on to become the Country Director for KAJOT ROMANIA from 2016 to 2020, where they successfully led a team and increased annual revenues. Jan further developed their skills in business development and sales by working as a Business Development Specialist at an undisclosed company from 2021 to 2022 and subsequently as a Sales Business Development professional at Tech4Bet. Jan currently holds the position of Head of Account Management at SYNOT Games, starting in 2022. Throughout their career, Jan has demonstrated a strong ability to implement business plans, optimize marketing strategies, and achieve financial targets.

Jan Sipovsky completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Banking and Management from London Metropolitan University, from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Anti-Bribery, UKGC Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing, UKGC B2B Responsible Gambling, Accountant certification from Jaspis, Health and Safety certification at Level 3, and BISC level 1 certification from the British Institute of Science Cleaning. These certifications were obtained at various institutions between 2010 and 2022.
