Jonathan Lavers

Jonathan Lavers is currently the Director & Head of Origination at Synova since December 2017. Prior to this, Jonathan worked as an Investment Manager at DM Financial and as a Senior Associate at Korn Ferry. Their previous experience also includes working as an Associate at Skillcapital. Jonathan graduated from the University of Bristol in 2011.
