Paras Mukadam

Paras Mukadam has over 19 years of professional experience in the IT industry. In 2001, they started their career as a Software Engineer at Tata Infotech where they took extensive training in various technologies including UNIX, C, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. In 2002, they joined Praxis Technology Group as a Software Engineer and provided java consulting services to Banking and Mortgage industry. In 2003, they joined Aviva Life Insurance as an IT Project Manager and Web Architect, in charge of all of Aviva's web properties and legacy system interfaces. In 2007, they moved to Bridge Consulting Group as a Solution Architect, providing strategic consulting, including web portal design & custom application support using Oracle technologies. In 2009, they started working independently as an IT Consultant, specializing in Design, Architect and Develop IT solutions and programs primarily using Microsoft Technology stack. In 2014, they bootstrapped Spol Innovations Pvt Ltd to offer niche product incubation services in e-commerce and logistics. In 2020, they joined syncware as the Head of Engineering.

Paras Mukadam obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University between 1997 and 2000. Paras then went on to earn a Master's degree in Computer Science from Maharishi International University between 2000 and 2002.
