Michael Zaun

Michael Zaun has been working in the field of business intelligence and web strategy for over 10 years. Michael started their career as an independent consultant, before taking on a role as senior web analyst at T. Rowe Price. Michael then became product manager at Syntasa, where they oversaw the development and delivery of digital products. In their current role as director of federal customer success, Michael is responsible for ensuring that Syntasa's products and services meet the needs of their federal customers.

Michael Zaun has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute. Michael is certified by Cloudera in Cloudera Certified Administrator for Apache Hadoop (CCAH), by CompTIA in Security+, by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, by ISC2 as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and by Microsoft as an MS Certified Professional - Windows 2000 Network Infrastructure and an MS Certified Professional - Windows 2000 Professional.
