Yvonnick Jambon

Yvonnick Jambon is the current CEO of SynTech Research, Inc. and was previously with SynTech Research Group and Nufarm.

Jambon began their career with Nufarm in 2006, eventually becoming the Director AG Business Europe - Nufarm Europe GmbH & Managing Director - Nufarm SAS. In this role, they were responsible for a €350 million sales revenue and 250 staff across 1 manufacturing site in France. Yvonnick was also a member of the European Board of Directors of Nufarm.

In 2012, Jambon successfully turned around Nufarm SAS financial results through a drastic cost reduction plan, resulting in an overall 25% Sales growth, a 50% Controlled Contribution growth and a Days Sales Outstanding reduction of 25%.

Yvonnick Jambon attended a leading school in agro business, AgroParisTech, where they studied business administration. Yvonnick also attended classes préparatoires at Lycée Châteaubriand in Rennes and achieved a level in science and mathematics.
