Espen Mile

Espen Mile is currently the Vice President of Strategy and Product Management at Syntegon, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mile was engaged with Swiss Interim Management GmbH from May 2022 to April 2023, specializing in strategy, customer value, product management, and business planning. With a robust background at Tetra Pak from August 1995 to March 2022, Mile served in various leadership roles including Global Director of Business Planning and Global Director of Marketing Practices, where significant achievements included successful business transformation projects and optimization of marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes a progression in marketing and market research positions at Bitburger Braugruppe GmbH from August 1990 to July 1995, focusing on business development in post-reunification Germany. Espen Mile holds a Master's degree in Business & Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and has completed executive education programs at IMD and Hult Ashridge.
