Doug Edwards

Doug Edwards has extensive experience in technical services and management, currently serving as Technical Services Manager at Syntero, Inc. since January 2018, where responsibilities include user management across multiple systems, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and help desk support. Prior to this role, Doug owned an e-commerce business while pursuing a degree in Information Technology and held various positions at The Comfort Store and Gordon Food Service, focusing on customer service, inventory management, and team leadership. Doug holds an Associate's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Central Ohio Technical College, along with previous studies in Accounting at The University of Akron.
