Sara Harrison-Mills has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical operations and therapy. Sara started working as a Children's Therapist at the Children's Resource Center in 2004 and later joined Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan as a Child and Family Therapist in 2007. In 2011, they became a Psychotherapist at Syntero, Inc. and eventually took on roles as a Child and Family Services Program Coordinator, Director of Youth & Prevention Programs, Director of Clinical Operations, and Chief Clinical Officer. In 2012, they also started their own counseling practice, Harrison-Mills Counseling, LLC, where they worked as the Owner/Therapist.
Sara Harrison-Mills has a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) from the University of Michigan, which they obtained between the years 1996 and 2000. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Interpersonal Practice and Mental Health at the University of Michigan from 2002 to 2003.
