Heather Ponce

Heather Ponce is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in environmental and process engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at SynTerra Corp. since July 2017, Heather previously worked as a Process Engineer at Ford, Bacon & Davis, LLC from April 2014 to March 2017, and held the position of Staff Engineer/Project Manager at Advanced Environmental Technologies, LLC from August 2008 to April 2014. Heather began their career as a Chemical Engineering Co-op at Tampa Electric between August 2007 and August 2008 and gained early customer service experience as a Server at Outback Steakhouse from May 2002 to July 2008. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of South Florida, completed between 2003 and 2008.
