Mieke Vandewaetere

Mieke Vandewaetere is an experienced professional specializing in talent development, innovation, and digital transformation within the field of Human Resources Management. Currently serving as the Head of Talent at Accent Jobs, Mieke leads initiatives in workforce planning, internal communication, and process optimization. With a background as a Talent Development Manager and a Consultant in statistics and data analysis, Mieke contributes to multiple educational institutions as a guest professor and lecturer. Previous roles include Manager of Innovation & Transition at Voka West-Vlaanderen and Learning and Development Manager at Matexi. Mieke holds a PhD in Instructional Psychology and Technology from KU Leuven and has completed several postgraduate qualifications, including Applied Artificial Intelligence and Human-Centered Design.
