Ing. Jean Berthiaume

Jean Berthiaume is a seasoned hardware design professional with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as Team Lead for Hardware Design at Syntronic since October 2021, Jean previously held the position of Senior Hardware Design Engineer at Telcodium Inc., where responsibilities included the design of high power AC and DC test equipment. Prior to that, Jean contributed to mixed technology board design at Octasic and led an engineering team at Thermoceramix as R&D Director. With a foundational background in assistive technology design at Technologies Humanware Canada and significant experience in telecommunications and digital circuit design at companies like Verso Technologies and VIDEOWAY COMMUNICATIONS, Jean possesses a diverse skill set in hardware engineering. Jean earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal from 1984 to 1988.
