Anu Koikkalainen

Anu Koikkalainen is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at Syöpäsäätiö, Cancer Foundation Finland since November 2016, Anu has also held the position of Marketing Planner. Prior to this, Anu contributed to Felm (Suomen Lähetysseura) as Fundraising Coordinator from February 2015 to November 2016. Anu's career includes significant roles at Pakolaisneuvonta - Finnish Refugee Advice Centre, where responsibilities encompassed Communications Officer, Fundraising Manager, acting Executive Manager, and Administrative Assistant between April 2010 and May 2015. Anu began their professional journey as a Research Assistant at the Finnish League for Human Rights. Academically, Anu holds a Master of Social Sciences in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Tampere and a Master of Arts in Comparative Religion from the University of Turku.
