Makenzie Felicia

Makenzie Felicia is a professional in the sports industry with experience in retail, account executive roles, and merchandise management. Makenzie has worked with Syracuse Crunch as the Director of Retail, Senior Account Executive, and Account Executive, focusing on generating ticket revenue and selling various ticket packages. Additionally, Makenzie has experience as a Merchandise Manager, creating innovative product lines with vendors. Makenzie also has a background in athletic administration, serving as an intern at St. John Fisher College and a student worker at SUNY Brockport. Makenzie is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sport Management at State University of New York Cortland.
