Stephen Deboard

Stephen DeBoard is a seasoned Data Architect with extensive experience in data architecture and analytics. Currently employed at Syringa Networks since August 2023, Stephen is focused on advancing knowledge-based decision-making through effective data lifecycle management. With a long-standing tenure at the State of Idaho's Information Technology Services since September 2012, Stephen has been instrumental in maintaining data architecture standards, creating a cloud-based data analytics data lake using Snowflake, and leading both Data Analytics and Geospatial Services teams. Stephen's previous roles at Hewlett-Packard included contributions as a Database Architect and Systems Analyst, where insights and requirements were shaped for various information systems. Educational qualifications include a BA in Computer Information Systems from American InterContinental University and an A.A.S. in Electronic Service Technology from Boise State University.
