Rajib Roy

Rajib Roy has extensive experience in human resources and labour relations, currently serving as the Vice President of Field Human Resources at Sysco Canada Inc. since May 2022. Previously, Rajib held significant positions at Jazz Aviation LP, including Director and Manager of Labour Relations, where valuable support was provided for collective agreements and guidance for management. Rajib's career also includes roles at Voyageur Aviation Corp. as Senior Director of Human Resources and Labour Relations, and at Aeroguard Group as Labour Relations Manager, where grievances and negotiations were effectively handled. Rajib's background includes serving as Chief Shop Steward for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, maintaining collective agreements, and resolving membership complaints. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations from The University of Lethbridge, along with a Diploma in Business Administration from Douglas College.
