Becca Abbate

Becca Abbate, SPHR, has an extensive HR background with experience at companies such as Sysco, Waste Management, Inc., and ExxonMobil. Throughout their career, Becca has held various HR management and director positions, specializing in change management, talent management, and HR transformation. Becca holds a BBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Baylor University and a MHR in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
