Matt Shapiro has had an extensive career in merchandising and retail operations, starting as a Consultant at Bain & Company and working their way up to Vice President roles at major companies like Sysco and Bed Bath & Beyond. With a background in engineering and a MBA from Columbia Business School, Matt has successfully led teams and driven top-line productivity and margin enhancement strategies throughout their career. Matt also founded their own regional chain of home center stores, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills alongside their corporate experience.
