Don Adkins

Don Adkins is an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at SYSCOM, Inc. since October 1998, managing technical operations and sales activities with a focus on development projects for diverse customers. Notable achievements include overseeing key partnerships with IBM and Kofax, leading major healthcare initiatives involving IBM technologies, and implementing one of six IBM-organized WebSphere Innovation Centers in the U.S. Previously held positions include Director of Corporate Technology and Director of Operations within the Document and Workflow Systems organization, as well as a managerial role at Verizon from 1995 to 1998. Educational credentials include a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, accompanied by specialized coursework and certifications in UNIX and C from George Washington University and Johns Hopkins University APL.
