Robert Mendieta has extensive experience in technical support and professional services, currently serving as the Manager of the Global Professional Services team at Sysdig since March 2022, where a 55% increase in Proof of Value engagements has been achieved through improved customer onboarding processes. Previously, Robert worked as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Cohesity, engaging with customers to enhance product experience and interfacing with development teams to resolve software issues. Robert’s career began with roles at Dell EMC and other companies, including significant technical support positions and a background in the US Army as an Information Technology Specialist. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Stratford University.
