Alex Booth has over a decade of experience in technical support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at SysGroup PLC since August 2013, Alex specializes in 3rd Line server, network, and cloud infrastructure support, along with technical account management. Prior to this role, Alex worked at ISG Technology from April 2006 to August 2013, starting as a Helpdesk Analyst and progressing to a Server Support Analyst, focusing on 3rd Line server and network support. Alex completed education at Debden Park High School from 1999 to 2003.
