Vicki A. Hobson

Vicki A. Hobson, SPHR, SHRM- SCP joined Syska in 2017 as Director of Human Resources.

With over 20 years of experience as a human resource professional, Vicki joins us from an international real estate company, where she served as vice president of HR. Prior to that, Vicki worked for Cushman & Wakefield. Vicki is also an active member in professional organizations, including the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Human Resources Association of New York (HR/NY), World at Work and the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC).

At Syska, Vicki will be responsible for the leadership and management of our HR department, and will contribute to the design and implementation of an infrastructure and programs that will drive Syska’s employee development. As a key member of our executive leadership team, she will also help support and enhance Vision 2025.

Her free time is split between enjoying the ballet and the Rangers—of which she’s a lifelong fan!
