Dr. Tatiana Kazakova

Dr. Tatiana Kazakova has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dr. Tatiana is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of Leaders on Purpose since April 2018. Additionally, they are the Co-Founder of Sysmeta Inc. since May 2022 and an Advisory Board Member for Space4Girls since February 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Dr. Kazakova worked as a Corporate Strategy Consultant at Horváth & Partners Management Consultants from January 2016 to November 2018. Dr. Tatiana also held the position of Senior Researcher & Lecturer at Universität Hamburg from April 2013 to September 2015, focusing on Strategic Decision Making Under Uncertainty and Organizational Design. At HEC Montréal, they worked as a Senior Research Associate specializing in Strategic Decision Making and Strategy as Practice in 2014.

Before that, Dr. Kazakova served as the International Affairs & Partnership Director and Lecturer in Management & Mathematics at Technische Universität Kaiserslautern from April 2011 to March 2013. Dr. Tatiana was also a Member of the Advisory Board at AtM Consultants e.V. from 2011 to 2013.
