Elaine Ong

Elaine Ong has over a decade of experience in human resources across various companies in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Sysmex Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. since January 2015, Elaine focuses on talent management programs, compensation and benefits, and expatriate management for affiliates in the region. Prior roles include talent acquisition at Schneider Electric South East Asia and a variety of human resources functions at Rockwell Automation and Sabre Holdings, with experience in multiple countries including Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and China. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Murdoch University, specializing in Management and Marketing.
