Jim Massey

Jim Massey is a seasoned Senior UX Designer with extensive experience in creating user experiences for various industries, including healthcare and technology. Currently at Sysmex Corporation, Jim focuses on designing user experiences for diagnostic devices while advocating for UX practices and maintaining a design system. Previous roles include Senior UX Designer at Microsoft, where Jim worked on enterprise applications, and at Premera Blue Cross, where Jim managed web application development and usability testing for health insurance. Jim has a background in designing interfaces for Amazon, along with experience as a Director of User Experience at 3Guppies, Inc., and a Senior Interaction Designer at Qpass. Jim's early career included ownership of a freelance design company and graphic design roles at Microsoft and Romac Industries. Jim holds a Master's degree in Communication from the University of Washington.
