Alberto Falero

Alberto Falero is a seasoned network engineer with extensive experience in technical support and network management. Currently serving as a 3rd line Network Engineer at Systal Technology Solutions since January 2019, Alberto previously held positions as a Network Engineer and NOC Analyst at Hutchinson Networks from March 2017 to December 2018. Alberto began a career in technical support at Nuance Communications from March 2014 to March 2017 and provided customer support at Vodafone from June 2011 to May 2012. Earlier roles include technical support positions at Clearwire and Orange, and beginning as a web developer apprentice at Dynagent Software SL. Alberto holds an HND in Network and System Administration from IES Punta del Verde, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
