Carolina Alves

Carolina Alves is a Senior Data Specialist at System Interact since December 2018, with a strong background in technical leadership, database modeling, and performance analysis. Previously, Carolina held roles at Inmetrics as a Senior Performance Analyst, at Yaman as a Performance Engineer and as a Senior Performance Analyst, focusing on database tuning and troubleshooting. Earlier experience includes data analysis and SQL Server management at System Interact, systems analysis at Capgemini, and programming roles at CENTRIX Contact Center and BSA Brasil. Carolina holds a postgraduate degree in Data Science and Big Data from PUC Minas and a degree in Data Processing from Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo, complemented by an education in teaching.
