Augusto Cappiello

Augusto Cappiello is an experienced professional in customer service and project management, currently serving as the Customer Service Director at System Ceramics since August 2023. Previously, Augusto held various roles at GDM SpA from October 2010, including Head of Customer Service, Key Account Manager for SCA, and Project Manager. Prior to this, Augusto was a Product Manager at Cannon Plastic Technologies from February 2004 to September 2010 and worked as a Project Manager at Flowserve from June 2002 to February 2004, focusing on electromechanical rotative pumping systems for oil refineries. Augusto earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, graduating in 2002.
