James brings 15 years of leadership experience in strategy and transformation, operations, and change management across digital, distribution, and online retail environments. He’s highly focused on results, execution, and innovation. Past roles include initiating and leading large-scale, complex transformations, and driving cost efficiencies, across highly matrix corporate organizations as well as founder-led, federated businesses.
