Michelle Grailer has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Michelle began their career at Dickinson County Healthcare System, where they held various roles including Switchboard Operator, Cash and Reimbursement Aide, Recovery Analyst, Manager of Decision Support, and Manager of Support Services. In 2017, they joined Maryhill Manor of Niagara as the CEO and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Currently, they work as a Senior Financial Analyst at Systems Control.
