Joe McMullin

Joe McMullin is a seasoned software test engineer with extensive experience in functional, backend, and automation testing, particularly within the Department of State and Department of Defense healthcare software sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Systems Definition Inc., Joe has over 17 years of contracting experience, holding an active top secret clearance. Previous roles include IV&V Test Engineer at Spry Methods, Inc. and software test engineer at both CSRA Inc. and General Dynamics Information Technology, where Joe managed system integration testing and utilized various testing tools. Joe is also the President of the Friends of Wisconsin Men's Rowing Board and has significant experience in project management and coordination. Joe earned a BA in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
