Mahmoud Elshobaky is a Customer Technical Support Engineer at Systems Engineering of Egypt since December 2018, with prior experience in enterprise technical support at Wasla Outsourcing, where Mahmoud focused on networking from the ISP perspective. At the National Telecommunication Institute, Mahmoud completed a four-month program, achieving certifications in CCNA, CCNP, and HCNA, while also gaining hands-on experience with Cisco products and implementing MPLS in a team project.
