Zsa Zsa K. has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Zsa Zsa began their career in 2000 as VP Application Development at Countrywide Bank, where they provided executive leadership as lead for Bank IT. In 2005, they moved to Keane Inc. as a Principal Consultant. From 2007 to 2017, they worked at TIAA-CREF as a Program Manager II, where they were responsible for orchestrating and driving the successful and timely completion of programs to achieve the business goals. In 2017, they joined TM3 Solutions, Inc. as a Program Manager. In 2019, they moved to Strategy and Management Services, Inc. (SAMS) as a Client Success Manager (Portfolio Management). Currently, they are working at Systems Integration, Inc. (SII) as Director, Program Management & Client Services, providing strategic vision, viable solutions and tactical execution for client/program success across SII's service and customer portfolios.

Zsa Zsa K. earned a BA in Communications/Marketing from Grand Valley State University from 1986 to 1989. Zsa Zsa then went on to Central Michigan University, where they obtained their MS in Administration between 1990 and 1991.
