Deo Brat Singh

Deo Brat Singh has over two decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on technology development and process integration. Currently serving as Director of Technology Development at Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (SSMC) since February 2017, Deo has held various leadership roles at Globalfoundries Singapore and Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Singapore. Their career began at Semiconductor Complex Ltd as an R&D Engineer in technology development. Deo holds an M. Tech in Solid State Technology from IIT Kharagpur and an M. Sc. in Physics with a specialization in Solid State Physics from Banaras Hindu University.
