Sumarlina Azzah Suleiman

Sumarlina Azzah Suleiman is an accomplished engineer specializing in TCAD, with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (SSMC) since November 2017, previously held the role of Senior Engineer (TCAD) at the same company. Prior experience includes working as a NAND Cell Device Engineer at Micron Technology from October 2016 to October 2017 and as a Senior Engineer (TCAD) at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from August 2012 to September 2016. Sumarlina holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Singapore, completed from 2004 to 2008 and 2008 to 2013, respectively.
