Madhu Baloria (She/Her)

Madhu Baloria has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Madhu started their career in 2007 as an HR Executive at Sellcraft Softech Pvt Ltd, where they worked until 2010. Madhu then joined eGain Corporation for a brief period as an HR Executive. In 2010, they joined Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. - APAC as a Senior Specialist HRBP and worked there until 2015. In 2015, Madhu joined Saama Technologies as a Senior HRBP - HCM India and worked until 2016. Their most recent role was at Systems Plus Solutions, where they started as a Human Resources Manager in 2016 and later became the Head of Talent Management in 2019.

Madhu Baloria obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Madhu completed this degree without specific start and end years.

In 2005, Madhu pursued a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Jammu, which they completed in 2007.
