Humphrey Mwangi, MBA,CSM has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Humphrey has served as the Director of Technology & Infrastructure at Systems Unlimited, Inc., where they led the IT and infrastructure team and focused on implementing automation and emerging technologies. Prior to this role, they worked as the Information Technology Administrator at the same company, overseeing the IT department and managing projects.

Humphrey also has experience in the healthcare industry, as the co-owner of Complete Care of Iowa, a medical clinic that offers both in-person and telehealth services. Humphrey previously owned their own consulting company, HM Consulting, and worked as the Vice President of Information Technology at County Bank, where they were responsible for identifying and integrating emerging information technologies within the bank.

Earlier in their career, Humphrey worked at Systems Unlimited, Inc. as the Fleet & Facilities Manager and Supervisor, where they oversaw the maintenance of the agency's buildings and facilities, collaborated with city governments, and supervised and trained employees. Humphrey also worked at First Resources Corp., first as the Director of Human Resources and later as the Quality Assurance/IT Manager/HIPAA Officer and Program Manager. In these roles, they handled various HR activities, managed quality control and compliance, and oversaw programs for clients.

Humphrey furthered their education by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Services Leadership/Agency Administration from Buena Vista University, completing it between 2009 and 2011.

Subsequently, they joined Western Governors University from 2014 to 2015, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management and Strategy.
