Rebecca Stutzman

Rebecca Stutzman has a strong background in human resources, with experience working in various roles and organizations.

From 2015 to present, they have been working at Syte Consulting Group, Inc. as an HR Generalist/Consultant. In this role, they provide HR consulting services on various topics such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and policy/compliance. Rebecca works closely with clients to understand their HR needs and help them achieve their objectives.

Prior to their current role, Rebecca worked at Samaritan Albany General Hospital (Samaritan Health Services) from 2012 to 2015 as an Employee Relations Generalist. Rebecca'sresponsibilities included being a key resource for HR issues, advising managers on HR policies and procedures, and providing support for union relations.

From 2008 to 2012, Rebecca worked at the Oregon Department of Justice as a Senior Human Resources Analyst. Rebecca served as a strategic partner to managers, advising them on complex labor and employee relations issues. Rebecca also assisted with addressing behavioral and performance management issues and conducted investigations as needed.

Rebecca's earlier experience includes working at CHI Management, Inc. (Community Hospice) from 2004 to 2008 as an HR Generalist/HR Supervisor. In this role, they interfaced with managers and the HR Director to resolve employee relations issues and provided feedback on performance appraisals.

Throughout their career, Rebecca has demonstrated their expertise in HR, providing guidance and support to organizations in various aspects of human resources management.

Rebecca Stutzman completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Stanislaus, from 2001 to 2005. In 2007, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Later, in 2015, they earned the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
