Valérie Noël

Valérie Noël has extensive experience in trading and finance. Valérie is currently the Head of Trading at Syz Group, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Markets at Digital Bank from July 2020 to April 2021.

Valérie's career in trading began in 1994 when they joined United Overseas Bank Geneva as a Trader and Associate. Valérie then moved on to HSBC, where they worked as a Trader - Associate from November 1995 to April 1999. At HSBC, they later became the Head of US Equities Trading - Futures & Options Trading from July 1999 to August 2006.

Valérie joined Syz Group in 2006 and held various positions throughout their tenure. Valérie started as a Senior Trader from August 2006 to March 2009 before being promoted to Head of Equity Trading from March 2009 to December 2015. Valérie then became the Head of Equity and Fixed Income Trading from December 2015 to March 2018. Finally, Valérie served as the Deputy Head of Trading from March 2018 to July 2020.

Overall, Valérie Noël's work experience spans over 25 years and includes leadership roles in trading and financial institutions such as HSBC and Syz Group.

Valérie Noël completed the Blockchain and Crypto Applications program at MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2023. Prior to that, in 2022, they attended IMD to study Strategies for Leadership. Valérie also obtained a certification in Blockchain and Crypto Applications from MIT Sloan School of Management.
