Karol Chase

Karol Chase is T. A. Loving Company’s corporate recruiter, and as such, is the conduit for their company’s staffing needs. Karol optimizes talent acquisition strategies, attends and organizes career fairs, and coordinates internship and apprenticeship programs. Karol is responsible for both their Building Group and their Utility Group, by building relationships with- and searching/hiring for top talent and industry leaders from the executive level to the entry-level.

Karol earned a B. A. in Human Resources from Wilmington University, Delaware, and holds a certification in Equal Opportunity Compliance from the Center for Workplace Compliance.
