Kanchan Vardhe

Kanchan Vardhe has extensive experience in the field of engineering, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at T-Mobile since July 2015, focusing on Microwave Backhaul planning, Link Design, and RF Propagation/Coverage planning. Prior experience includes work as a Research Engineer at Nokia and as an Assistant Professor and Acting Department Head at ISB&M Institute of Technology, where Kanchan taught graduate-level courses in Communications and Signal Systems. Previous roles include Sr. Research Associate at Illinois Institute of Technology and a Research Intern at Qualcomm. Kanchan holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Communications and Signal Processing, as well as a Master of Science in the same field and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Pune.
