Karen Michaels

Karen Michaels is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and contract negotiation. Currently serving as Vice President of Legal Affairs at T-Mobile since July 2020, Karen leads a team that negotiates a wide range of agreements for various departments, facilitating services in wholesale telecommunications, international markets, and innovative product launches. Previously, as Director and Senior Counsel at Sprint from 2006 to 2020, Karen managed legal support for sales and distribution, focusing on commercial contracts and wholesale agreements. Additionally, Karen's role as a Board Member at Youthrive Corporation from 2016 to 2021 involved guiding a charity aimed at supporting youth transitioning out of the foster care system.
