Heike Süß

Heike Süß has worked at T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH since 2010, initially as a Projektmanagerin, then later as the Head of Mobile Business. In 2020, they became the Head of Customer Interaction Management. Prior to joining T-Systems, they worked as a Projektmanagerin at queo GmbH from 2008 to 2010.

Heike Süß holds a Diplom in Sociology from Technische Universität Dresden.
